RESILIENCE Kia Ū is a place to get you moving. We offer small-group, trainer-led sessions designed to support you wherever you’re at in your wellbeing journey. Its free for anyone with a lived experience of mental health or addiction.

8 Strikes – Striking & Conditioning

Build fitness and develop striking skills in a positive, high-energy training environment.

What you’ll do

Boxing bag work, pad work, striking drills and techniques, plus conditioning exercises designed to improve fitness, coordination, and endurance.

Who it’s for

Anyone wanting to learn boxing or kickboxing skills while getting fit. Suitable for all fitness and experience levels.

Duration: 45 minutes

Time: 1:00 pm – 1:45 pm

M.A.S.H – Small Group Exercise Sessions

M.A.S.H offers instructor-led small group training sessions designed to help you build confidence, improve fitness, and stay motivated in a welcoming environment.

Circuit Training, Weightlifting, Wattbike Riding, Stretching & Mobility Work

Perfect for people who want to get fitter and stronger, especially if you struggle to stay motivated training alone and gyms feel intimidating or overwhelming.

At Resilience, we use simple things that work. Movement, small-group training, and consistent effort over time.
